The company website will not let me show what I have returned! They have charged for the entire box- what a scam- I have told them numerous times but they do not help.
Do NOT use this company- they will send you rubbish and then charge you for it even when you send it back!
SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. I used to have a subscription with Stich Fix UK but when they went out of business I mysteriously discovered that Otufittery.de had obtained my contact and credit card details. They must have bought Stitch Fix’s database. Anyway after a few emails from them which I ignored a couple of years go by and then out of the blue they say that a box is on its way to me. I immediately contacted them to say I hadn’t asked for a box and didn’t want it but it was delivered anyway. Surprise , surprise there was no returns label in the box. I emailed straight away asking them to send me a returns label and I don’t hear anything for 3 weeks. Then I get an email from them saying they are going to charge me for the whole box if I don’t return it within 5 days! It’s an utter disgrace. If they take any money from my card and will raise a fraud case with my bank to get the money back. I have also asked for my account to be permanently deleted and all of my personal data erased. If this doesn’t happen I will complain to the ICO. Avoid this company like the plague!
I’ve been using them for a few years with mostly good experiences but have recently been charged the full amount for a returned box without warning or explanation. Contacted them a week ago and provided evidence of return etc. and have yet to hear anything back. Completely unacceptable and I’ll be cancelling my subscription. Great until you need to get hold of them. Avoid!
My box didn’t arrive. After an Evri investigation they concluded the parcel had been lost (stolen) in their network. I’ve contacted outfittery via email and social media 15 times in the last 11 days with zero reply. They will probably try and charge my card for the full amount. Scam of a company and zero way of speaking to a human. Who would send £400 of clothing with Evri anyway? Ridiculous
The selection of goods were varied and good quality, however the inability to contqct via any meaningful means has led me to request my details be removed within 30 days. No phone number and reports of lengthy response times led me to change my decision on using this service.
I saw the Facebook ad and gave it a go before checking the company out. You cannot contact customer services, the option just doesn’t exist.You’re forced into a sign up where they just send you boxes even though you don’t want them.The clothes are garbage anyway. This is not a business, it’s a scam to generate cash flow. I made a rookie error but please do not go anywhere near this company.
Customer service is awful. I asked to delete and close my account but a further box was delivered. I was then charged £373. I have returned it and have waited 5 days since confirmed delivery for the refund. Numerous emails sent and have been ignored. They have removed options on your account to stop deliveries and you can’t cancel your subscription. Avoid this company at all costs
Absolutely a scam! RUN AWAY from this company. I had an account that i never confirmed back in may 2025. I suddenly received a random box on february 2026. I immediately tell them i dont want anything from the box AND to help me with the return. I did this ON THE SAME DAY the box arrived. Its been two weeks and they hadnt replied to me and now argue they want a 500 euros bill from me. HELL NO. I am returning this box as it arrived. BUT NO ONE REPLIES, today I just contacted the Verbraucherzentrale and they said they will have a good look into this since its not the first time they hear it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY ARE A SCAM.
