The shoes I received arrived without the original box, and the tags had been removed. Additionally, there was no packing slip included. I attempted to reach out to customer service multiple times but only managed to leave a message, with no follow-up. Their return policy clearly states that items must be returned in the original box with tags attached. I cannot recommend purchasing from this company, as they seem to complicate the return process significantly.
