I told you the heater was for a small kitchen approx 6m2 . Your description clearly states 10m2. You collected the heater and told me you replaced the sensor , which is still defective. You told me in your email you did not have a heater to replace this faulty one.I want this heater picked up and my money back.No more going round in circles with half lies.It is my consumer right you take a faulty item back and reimburse me.
