I encourage you to search more feedback before buying ! I purchased a coffee machine with grinder and it came quick enough but it was damaged and Very Obviously had been sold/opened and returned before ! Multiple postage labels and plastic damage and obvious repacking inside. When questioned after 5 days of trying to contact via shop return email form and direct email externally was told it WAS new and would not pay for return postage (costing 21 euros via Correos) even as a damaged unit they refused to refund as they said a replacement would be sent ! I did not want a shabby unit to be sent again ..... they do have a hidden WhatsApp number 382422772. They are not a company to be dealt with and refusals like this should not be ignored .my 79 Euros was refunded but I am still owed 21 euros .. "caveat emptor"

I told you the heater was for a small kitchen approx 6m2 . Your description clearly states 10m2. You collected the heater and told me you replaced the sensor , which is still defective. You told me in your email you did not have a heater to replace this faulty one.I want this heater picked up and my money back.No more going round in circles with half lies.It is my consumer right you take a faulty item back and reimburse me.
Don't tempt fate, don't buy anything from this "organization".It's been over a month since I paid for the refrigerator and, as you might guess, I haven't received anything. This is a typical scam, so I filed a complaint with the police and the consumer protection society.UPD:Today is August 27th and a refrigerator was unexpectedly delivered the other day! ...but it is broken!the mechanical damage is so significant that cracks in the seals are visible.the XPO (delivery service) refused to pick it up on site, although this damage was discovered immediately upon unpacking. the workers of logistic company refused to pick up the refrigerator, saying that we need to file a claim.the seller did not return the money and, it seems, is not going to do so.The case is being heard by OMIC...
