I can't reach a human to help me. I have worked at Outlier for over 2 years and have enjoyed working there. However, they have changed a lot and are giving me no choice but to write this review in hopes that I reach a human at Outlier that can help me access my account again. For months I have been emailing support about my issue but only receiving template emails in response. I have tried posting on the community because I still had a page with it open, allowing me to access it. However, the problem is that the first reply to me is always to reach out to support, which continues to not help me, and then the moderator for the chat never approves a single response I send back. So effectively, I am not able to communicate at all with Outlier to get them to help me with my account access issue. Now I am desperate because the page I had open to the community is logged out and I am getting a new error preventing me from logging in and still no help from support. And I do need access to my account by April 18th so that I can at least complete my taxes. So please, someone help me fix my account. I know what the issue is, I just need a human to help me fix it.
