I lost some functionalities on my website spoke to the chat bot 6 times each saying a different thing then when I ask for information or to be connected to a human agent I get the same copy/paste message no matter what I ask "we cannot provide information about your current situation" then one time it said I was banned (I wasn't) because I have used AI in tasks EVEN THOUGH I haven't started doing any task or used AI or actually did anything so far other than explore the platform, I try to explain, I get the same message. Then today it says that "no information can be provided about my situation" so I don't understand, I take 2 hours to do an interview provide all my informations and do nothing wrong and I don't even deserve to write an email to their support? Is this like a scam to harvest people's data? I feel that this is no way to treat people ...
