Suddenly, I and many others received emails informing us of our removal from the program without explanation. The initial message claimed that quality standards were not met. I replied, arguing that my quality score had consistently been between 1.9 and 2, while they stated anything below 1.0 could result in removal. Their response was simply, "Sorry, the company isn't hiring any new annotators." I expressed my confusion, having been with them for a while. Eventually, I received another email stating that many individuals were removed and that the decision was final with no possibility for appeal. If you check their online forum, you'll see the struggles many have faced. I strongly advise avoiding this service.
