The process required recording a video of yourself and submitting a copy of your legal identification. The service is associated with a company that has a questionable reputation. The software was unreliable and difficult to use. Communication was nonexistent. There were dubious lotteries and numerous bots, resulting in a chaotic situation. I would not recommend trusting this service.
