I am writing this review to bring an urgent matter to your attention regarding my account migration. I have been a dedicated tasker from India on Remotask, where I successfully worked on high-quality projects like Cocao and various Validation projects.
Recently, I received a message from Remotask stating that my account is being migrated to the new platform, Outlier.ai. However, it has been over a month, and I am still unable to login or access the new platform.
The main issue is that because I already have an existing history and ID with Remotask, the system is not allowing me to set up or sync my Outlier account properly. I am stuck in a loop and cannot start working.
As a consistent contributor to your previous projects, I request the technical team to please look into my migration status and help me access my Outlier.ai account so I can continue my work.
