I attempted to access my email account on my device through the mail app. It displayed a partially visible email address and prompted me to verify my other email account. After receiving a code, I entered it but was redirected to a security screen showing two email accounts, one of which I didn't recognize. Upon unchecking it, I was sent back to the original screen, asked to enter my recovery address again, and went through the same code process. Eventually, it demanded I prove ownership of the unrecognized account, which doesn't even exist. Why is the platform so dysfunctional? Adding one recovery address locked me out completely, and I generally don't use multiple recovery addresses. This service is a waste of time.
