I am attempting to create an account and to create one they expect you to press a button to verify that you’re not a robot. I do not agree or like the idea that it is secretly collecting my data by biometrics with capturing my finger print. I do not use my face or fingerprint to be identified at all. I used every part of my finger and knuckle and it would not accept the caption until I placed my finger directly on the button.
I do not agree with these terms and do not agree with outlook monitoring me or using my fingerprint to monitor me. That is deceptive to express that its caption is to prevent fraud use of a robot!
I attempted to access my email account on my device through the mail app. It displayed a partially visible email address and prompted me to verify my other email account. After receiving a code, I entered it but was redirected to a security screen showing two email accounts, one of which I didn't recognize. Upon unchecking it, I was sent back to the original screen, asked to enter my recovery address again, and went through the same code process. Eventually, it demanded I prove ownership of the unrecognized account, which doesn't even exist. Why is the platform so dysfunctional? Adding one recovery address locked me out completely, and I generally don't use multiple recovery addresses. This service is a waste of time.

I'm inundated with spam and phishing attempts. My account has been hacked multiple times, despite the numerous frustrating security measures that often fail. To make matters worse, I need this service just to access my own computer. As a business owner, it's infuriating not being able to log into the device I purchased myself because of persistent bugs. I'm forced to reset my password, only to be told it's incorrect, leading to multiple attempts and still being locked out for 24 hours. Is anyone even paying attention? This situation is absurd. It's costing me money, and it's outrageous. Maybe I should consider switching to a more expensive alternative, as it seems like quality service is a thing of the past. Whoever manages this platform is clearly overcompensated.
