I've been using this email service for about 24 years. It used to function well, but ever since the app was enforced a few years back, everything has deteriorated. I'm inundated with spam and phishing attempts, and my account has been hacked multiple times despite numerous ineffective safety measures. Now, I can't even log into my own PC that I purchased because of the numerous bugs. I'm forced to reset my password, only to be told it's incorrect, and then I get locked out for 24 hours. This is costing me money and is incredibly frustrating. I'm considering switching to another platform since the service quality has severely declined.
