Over 1 hour to receive emails sitting in the mail server and webmail.Over 5 minutes for an email to be sent and show in the sent items folder.Poor/reduced customization/viewing options compared to previous versions.Scrolling emails doesn't work, I scroll down and the scroll bar jumps back up again.No help to fix any of these online. (I tried the Microsoft forum's suggestions on fixes, and online non-microsoft forums, all to no avail.)It feels like Outlook was dumbed down, both in appearance and functionality.Other email programs like Thunderbird don't have these problems. I"ll be going with them in the future.I would give 1/2 or 0 stars if I could.
