Very slow delivery and non-existent customer service. We eventually had our order delivered after multiple delays but unfortunately only part of the order has been delivered (Double Nipper + newborn cot but only the newborn cot was delivered).It is impossible to get hold of customer service and for that reason alone I would avoid this company. In the event that we have any issues with our pram I would not trust the company to be able to resolve it.
