Our experience with Outpost has been underwhelming. They set ambitious targets but failed to deliver, missing them by more than half. Beyond performance, the bigger issue is their lack of transparency. The financial reporting is confusing, inaccurate, and difficult to interpret. When we’ve tried to get clarity, their team has been uncooperative and dismissive.There are better co-living companies out there—ones that communicate openly, provide clear accounting, and follow through on their commitments. We strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
