My first location with Outpost was near Central Park, and I had an incredible experience. I had great roommates, the cleaning team was excellent, customer service was always kind and responsive, and the maintenance team was efficient and professional whenever assistance was needed.
After that, I stayed in Upper Manhattan and later at the Williamsburg building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. In all the properties, I had a wonderful stay, especially because the overall service and support were consistently well organized and reliable.
I 100% recommend staying with Outpost Club.

Outpost helped to make my relocation from another state very smooth. My apartment had everything I needed. The room was fully furnished. They even provide a cleaning every month!! And the cherry on a pie that I met a lot of amazing people (my roommates)
I rented an apartment managed by Outpost in Queens.The unit had a serious mice infestation that management failed to fix despite multiple reports.They also shared my personal contact information with an exterminator without permission, which was a major privacy violation.Communication was slow and unprofessional. When I decided to move out due to these health and safety issues, they attempted to charge me fees and withhold my security deposit.I would not recommend renting with this company — they showed little concern for tenant wellbeing or basic maintenance.
I stayed at Outpost last month, and overall it was a really solid experience. The community vibe was definitely the best part. I met some great people working on interesting projects, and the common areas made it easy to connect without anything feeling forced. The only downside was the morning coffee rush because it gets a bit chaotic when everyone is trying to caffeinate at the same time.
I’m currently living at Bedford House and I really like my room and the apartment. It has everything I need for comfortable living. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee machine and a toaster. There’s a cozy balcony and rooftop access where you can spend time and relax. I also really like the digital lock - I didn’t know about this type of lock before.
