Giving 4 stars cuz my current roommates are a little messy but the apartment gets cleaned once a month as part of the fee so its not a big deal. Plus Outpost lets you switch apartments if you request it so that gives me peace of mind. I’m at the Lafayette House in an Executive suite so I get my own private bathroom for $1450 which tbh is a steal especially because the commute to Manhattan is really good. The extensions coordinator Tania is extremely helpful as I’m currently in the process of extending my lease.
