Update on November 26th - My order has arrived, and I am delighted with the result. While communication was limited due to their busy schedule, everything turned out well. Initially, I had concerns about not discussing the design in advance and wondered if I had provided the correct details, but they executed it perfectly, so it all worked out in the end. November 7th - Based on other reviews, the representative seems to be a great person. They might just be going through a busy phase, I’m not sure. I made a purchase, and while my payment was processed, I haven't received any follow-up or confirmation email, which is a bit unsettling. I don't think it's a scam, but I would recommend waiting to place an order until they resolve their communication issues, as I'm currently £148 out with no product.
