Update: I have now received it, and it looks lovely. I can't comment on how well it functions yet as it is a Christmas gift, but it appears to be of good quality and was well wrapped. I hope this is just an oversight, but I ordered a present for my Dad as a special Christmas gift and am now worried about losing £140. I sent an email, Instagram, and Facebook message but have received no reply. From other reviews, it seems this is not their usual service, but it's caused me significant anxiety, and I’m upset that I can't afford to buy from another seller.
