Terrible support. I had an urgent issue that remained unresolved for days (still unresolved, in fact). Every response from Support was vague and not helpful. They kept referring me to an article that we've reviewed at least 5 times (I sent them the article when I initially created the ticket) and followed every step. Support said the configurations were incorrect but they weren't able to tell me which part was incorrect. Their response was literally "it's not set up correctly that's why it's not syncing". I realized that....that's why I reached out. Incredibly frustrating experience. Go with Salesforce High Velocity. Very disappointed.
