The health department will be called.those people don't use gloves etc...no real food at all, seems to me that place is doing some shady stuff.probably Miss using the fund's they receive.

Unfortunately, my experience with the service was poor. They failed to install Full Fibre in a relatively new house. The technician suggested drastic measures that were not feasible. Despite the house being fully ducted, they couldn't find a solution. I've heard negative feedback about this service in the past, and my experience confirmed those concerns.
I experienced very poor customer support. Their billing and support portal often fails to log in. They do not respond to emails, and during renewals, they overlook their customers completely. It's hard to understand how this service operates with such issues.
