Over the last few years, we have been fortunate to come across excellent teachers on Outschool across a variety of subjects, including zoology, paleontology, ornithology and visual art. We’ve been very happy with the platform until recently when, without announcing it prior, the platform changed from a pay-by-class method to a credit packaging system. Now I have to ensure I’m not overpaying for the classes my son takes and this is an onerous, anxiety provoking and unnecessary challenge. I see no benefit to the customer for this change.
