The variety of courses is great and my son enjoyed being able to meet people from around the world. There were generally times that coincided with his free time. The UX, customer service, and overall execution could improve in these ways: - The most basic package says that with 80 credits you can take about 1 class a week, however MANY classes cost upwards of 50+ credits / sesssion, meaning that in reality, you either need to pay more (at that point, why not just hire a private tutor - tech is supposed to help scale and reduce cost, isn´t it?) or accept that 1-2 classes a MONTH is what you´ll have available. -We live in Chile, and to give a reference for cost, we pay $45USD / month for 3 weekly, in-person, Tae Kwon Do classes with a qualified professional - that´s about 12 classes a month, in-person, with an international champion. I would suggest Outschool look into regional pricing. -In the last class that my son tried to join, when he clicked the button to open Zoom it kept saying that he was blocked - I wrote to the teacher and she never responded and their customer service is sketchy at best - a couple of knowledge base articles that never really go anywhere. Overall, I think it´s a cool concept that needs refining. I can´t say that I´m satisfied with the experience. We´ve cancelled our membership and will explore other options.
