I had a friend who recommended Outschool to me. When signing up and enrolling my child I specifically looked for an area where I could name her as the one who referred us so she could earn the credits based off their referral program. At first after I enrolled my daughter I didn’t see the credits go through and she stated she didn’t get them. I assumed she needed to attend the class first. I reached back out again after she attended her first class and sure enough nothing. I sent an email to the company regarding this and stating my disappointment with this as I intentionally looked to give her credit when enrolling my child. After sending them an explanation they still refuse to give her the credits where her credit is rightfully due. I find this to be completely absurd that a big company like this can’t right this wrong within days of the child being enrolled and attending her class.
