The team has created a fantastic program with the necessary support to get things accomplished. The coaching opportunities through weekly calls and a community group are also valuable and appreciated. They guide you step-by-step, provide feedback, and equip you with tools to work effectively with your Doer. It’s up to you to put in the effort, and I’m improving. Knowing my representative is there to assist and develop my ideas keeps me accountable. I truly appreciate their efforts; sometimes we learn together, but they always give 110%, and I couldn't have achieved this much without them. Thank you to my representative and the team!
