I recently had a very poor experience with OUTsurance when requesting a quote for building insurance. After entering my details into their online quote form, I received an email from Fabio Rodrigues asking for more information. I politely told him I was no longer interested in proceeding.Instead of understanding, Fabio responded with a rude and unprofessional email questioning why I had requested a quote in the first place. When I explained again that I was no longer interested, he sent another insulting message mocking the way I constructed my email. He made sarcastic jokes and was generally disrespectful.As a customer facing employee, Fabio Rodrigues should never have responded in such a rude and condescending manner. His emails were completely inappropriate and unacceptable. It seems OUTsurance has hired the wrong person to handle customer inquiries and quotes.I would not recommend getting a quote from OUTsurance based on this terrible customer service experience. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine how they would treat policyholders who need to file a claim. Fabio Rodrigues needs to be retrained on how to communicate with customers in a professional manner, or OUTsurance should consider replacing him with someone who has better customer service skills.
