I have been a client of the service in good faith, but my recent experience has been profoundly disappointing and unacceptable.
After questioning unexplained increases in excess amounts (while my premium stayed the same), I explicitly requested that all communication be conducted via email only due to a speech impairment that makes phone calls difficult and unreliable for me.
Despite this:
The service repeatedly ignored my written request and continued to make calls.
My concerns were never addressed in writing.
Instead of responding to my inquiries, the service cancelled my policy immediately, without my consent.
At 17:01 on 14 January, I received a formal cancellation notice indicating that my policy was cancelled effective that same day. This left me uninsured instantly, forcing me to arrange alternative insurance at short notice and additional cost.
The service later acknowledged that this was due to an internal misunderstanding between departments. I was effectively informed that my loss of coverage was the result of their internal process failure — yet I was expected to bear the consequences.
To complicate matters:
The refund processed does not match the stated cancellation date.
I had to pursue explanations and corrections.
Accessibility requirements were not honored.
I was financially prejudiced through no fault of my own.
While a regional representative eventually recognized the service failure and apologized, this only occurred after I posted a public review.
This experience raises serious concerns about:

I strongly advise against using this company for vehicle insurance. Their Quote Promotion department refused to pay the promised amount, and here's why: They contacted my previous insurance provider, apparently to check my history, leading to a rejection based on misunderstandings of policy dates. They will also reject claims for having multiple mobile numbers or email addresses. If you plan to be away from your primary residence for an extended period, they will use that against you. When I questioned their reasoning, their promotions team was vague. It took over a week for them to respond while their sales team claimed a much faster claim process.
I visited the company’s website for a home insurance quote and followed all the steps to obtain a policy. However, I am now inundated with calls from their call center regarding life and car insurance, alongside other unsolicited offers. I receive at least 20 to 30 calls daily! This relentless harassment is overwhelming. I am now deterred and will begin the process of canceling my policy. I've also noticed a surge in robocalls since engaging with them. If you're considering a quote, be prepared for this barrage!
We suffered a robbery on December 2, 2025, and to this day, there has been no response from the company. How can it take five weeks to resolve a claim? The policyholder cannot provide a claim number; it's the company's employee who issues one for a motor vehicle accident. The level of service is far below professional standards.
