AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. 0 stars. After being with their overpriced service for a year THEY REFUSE TO ISSUE AN ACCURATE NO CLAIMS SUMMARY. After calling over 8 times to resolve this matter, I kept being shunted off with incorrect documents and promises of follow ups that never happened.
It may be easy to sign up but you gain no value and they're more that twice as expensive than anyone else.
Every time I phoned they increased the premium and provided no real service or support during the year. Trying to leave their service has been painful, stressful and expensive and still hasn't been concluded.
I welcome their response to this review in the hopes some closure can happen.
