We are based in Canada and booked our flight in June, initially in CAD. However, upon payment, it switched to USD. After a week of noticing the discrepancy with my bank, we felt scammed. When contacting customer service, they assured us we would receive free seat arrangements and $200 vouchers for our next flight, giving my husband and me peace of mind at the time. Two weeks ago, I called the support team to request a seat change for our long flight since I’m pregnant and need an aisle seat. The representative, with an Indian accent, informed me that we must pay $200 for the change. I questioned why we had to pay when our seats were already arranged at the time of booking. They had previously guaranteed everything was settled. Why are we being asked to pay $200 now? The customer service team lacks consideration and honesty. Be cautious when booking your flights with them and pay attention to the currency they use; they can be misleading. WE WILL NOT USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN.
