I need to cancel an airline reservation and it was not an easy process. A Ovago rep called and her Spanish accent was so bad she sent me to another Spanish Speaker. I have a hard time hearing and only getting English as second language all their accents made it difficult to understand questions. When I did, all they wanted me to do was pick another flight. I refused twice and stated strongly I just wanted to CANCEL. Which they finally did. It also took them seconds to withdraw from my Credit Card, but the refund takes 7 days. I will never use them again!
