Untrustworthy site! They claim to be based in Australia, but that's not true! I received a top I ordered, but it was too small. Trying to get a refund has been a nightmare. Initially, they offered me a 5% refund, then 10%, and finally 25%, but I insisted on a full refund. They provided an address in Melbourne for returns, which I used, but no one was there to accept it, so it ended up at a local post office. I informed them it was ready for collection, and they promised to pick it up, but no one showed up. Now it's on its way back to me! I'm fed up with their runaround and plan to report them to the relevant authorities. I wish I had checked the reviews before making my purchase!
