I booked a clean of my oven December and paid a deposit in good faith. The date was confirmed and I paid the final amount a few days before the cleaner arrived. After 4 cancelled appointments I cancelled and demanded a refund, on 20th January.After a number of calls, speaking to sympathetic staff I am still waiting for the refund in week 1 of March 2026.I will be in contact with my bank to retrieve my money.Do not use the company, they are not honourable!Stephen Ketelle
