If this is a genuine company (which I very much doubt) they are the very worst of them! On two occasions they cancelled their appointment with implausible excuses. I cancelled my order and asked for a refund which never happened. My telephone is never answered by customer support (perhaps my number is now blocked??) and when I speak to an employee on the booking line, I am advised customer service will return my call but they don’t.

I strongly advise anybody considering using this company to think again; they will take your money in advance then fail to provide the service you booked and then fail to refund you.

Worse customer service

Worse customer service. I would recommend not using this company. I booked a cleaning however no one turned up. They cancelled and there was no attempt to contact me via email as they couldn’t get hold of me via phone. Happily sat on my deposit until I contacted them. When trying to rebook, was told of an added surcharge of £25 to clean 2 small racks as I live in a flat. Rude customer service told me that per the t&c I have to wait 28 days for a refund. The lady then proceeded to hang up on me with no remorse. Completely rude. I would never use this company again.

Unexpected Surcharges

Booked in for an afternoon slot. Driver came at 8:30am ergardless, claiming that he couldn't see parking on my road. I said that I could see a spot from my window and offered to go down and stand in it. By the time I'd got downstairs he'd hung up on me and was no longer answering.Company rang back in the afternoon to re-book, claiming they needed surcharges for parking and because I was on the second floor (despite there being an elevator). Neither of these were made clear in the booking process. Refused to issue a refund.

0 stars! Do not use this company is nothing more than a ponzi scheme to take money from you and ignore any attempts to refund. AVOID! On companies house the individual listed is David Alan Reynolds and the listed address is 130 Old Street, London EC1V 9BD. I imagine he will be getting some fan mail you are disgraceful as a company and nothing more than fraudsters who should be prosecuted for theft.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I booked online in advance for someone to come to my daughters flat to clean a freestanding oven and grill. She was moving in and had no other means of cooking. This company requires half of the money upon booking, then phones up a day prior to them arriving to request the remaining half of the fee.. then stating that they charge an additional £10 to clean the top of the cooker! Trying the hard sell (other appliances, Teflon liners etc)...then to top it all, during the 3 hour window they gave they rang up to say that the cleaner had broken their tooth and couldn't come...they tried to reschedule for 1 weeks time...I asked if they had other cleaners in the area, and apparently they hadn't. I asked them to refund and that takes 2-3 weeks to process ...yet they are quick to process taking my money without providing a service. An appalling experience with this company....avoid at all costs!!!

Laughably BAD

I think maybe the only time these guys have actually seen a clean oven is while shopping at Curry's. Laughably bad. Nice guy, arrived late but that's ok. As a former oven cleaner myself I would be embarrassed to leave a customers oven in this state. Said he had finished after about 40 minutes (I would have spent at least 1 hour but usually 1 hour 30 minutes for this job). I looked at it from a distance, glass looked clean, unfortunately I didn't look closer. The guy was in a hurry to get to the football and shot out the door. Left the facia and knobs covered in grease, he didn't even clean the bulb cover, the easiest part of the entire job. LOLDidn't remove the oven seals to clean them, didn't clean the roof of the oven and what he did attempt in the oven was not good either. Couldn't even clean the grill tray wire rack. OMG this was bad.I only booked after my usual oven cleaner couldn't do it asap. And I book oven cleaners now because I know how good they can be.I think these guys would be alright as window cleaners but that's about it. I should have read the reviews beforehand. I got conned basically. :(

2 x neff oven clean

I booked a 2 x neff oven clean, paid the deposit. On the day they were due they called for the rest of the payment. An hour later they cancelled, apparently the cleaner was sick. I rebooked and again on the day they were due, they cancelled. I then asked for my money back. 28 days, 2 phone calls, reviews written and still no money back. Absolutely terrible

Unreliable and rude staff

Last October, I had an appointment cancelled three times, with no chance of a further booking for weeks. So, I cancelled and finally got a full refund. In Early February, Louis called and somehow persuaded me to give them another go, which I reluctantly agreed to. I booked the 12noon - 4 pm slot. Yesterday at 7.30 am, I had the engineer on the phone, who said he would be with us at 8 am. When I explained that we had booked and confirmed the previous day, that it was from 12 noon onwards, he became very rude and unprofessional, and put the phone down. Obviously, he decided not to turn up. Not at all impressed, rude, unprofessional and very unreliable.Having seen my review published, I find it interesting that I have been unable to find a single review that offers more than 1 star; a lot would have been "0" if that option existed. They do not even bother to reply or offer any excuse; perhaps they have run out of them.
