DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Terrible customer service, had my appointment changed because there was no engineer in the location, even though this appointment was confirmed. When the date was changed the engineer didn't show and I was asked to change to the appointment once again. I choose to cancel and requested a refund, as had paid £75 upfront. Was told this could take 14 days to be returned and THREE weeks later still no sign of my refund. I have called customer service four times so far and still the same excuse, my refund is 'pending' even though I have asked for this to be escalated. No clue when this will be refunded. DO NOT USE, it's not worth your sanity.
