Appalling company

Appalling company. Sent someone to do an oven clean and had to pay a £37.50 deposit. The person couldn’t do the oven clean due to a fault with the oven so I was told that I would receive a refund in 14 days. 6 weeks later I am still waiting for the refund. When you call to chase this they state that their accounts department cannot speak to anyone so the only way to communicate is by leaving messages for them. Absolute waste of time and money, would strongly advise anyone against using them ever.
