Ask the company to clean our double oven. The guy did turn up but looked terrible like he was hungover. I had to drop my wife to work and so left him to get on with the job. On my way back to the house i got a text saying he could not clean the other because of mold. The guy then just left the house. Not even waiting for me to return. So, on my return to the house, he was gone and the house unlocked. The mold was on a small amount of bread in the grill. So I told customer services what had happened and they said did I want to reschedule. No thanks. This was early December and was promised refund within 28 days. Still not happened. But I do ring everyday and speak to a range of people. I just like being nice to them and asking how their day is and ask what they would do in my situation. I am now complaining to my credit card people to get the money back. Lets see what happens. Cost was £103. All fun
