Firstly my option would be no stars but unfortunately can't input it.i was looking to have my oven cleaned and found oven support on line.the website showed a reduction for double oven clean for £75 to £55.i decided to book on line. A deposit of £27.50 was requested and paid.The day before the cleaner was to arrive I received a call to cancel as cleaner was not available.the caller then proceeded to try and get me to take out annual cover and to buy Teflon mats all of which I refused.he then asked me if my property was a house or flat.i replied a flat at which point he said that will be £25 extra as it's a first floor flat.He then asked for further payment which brought the total to£80.Foolishly I agreed and money was taken over the phone immediately. Anew date was arranged and cleaner duly arrived.i said before you start I must tell you the grill has a fault I'm telling you so you can't be blamed after clean.He then said I can't clean top oven then can only do bottom one.i said that's a waste of time at which point he contacted his office and said a refund of £80 would be made.He then left and I received an email asking for my bank details and saying refund would be made in 28days by bacs.after a few days I sent an email to them and was told accounts had been asked to make refund.now a month later I've still not received a refund.The matter is now in the hands of my bank.DO NOT USE OVEN SUPPORT Don't make the same mistake as me I should have read the many bad reviews first.I now intend to consult trading standards as I believe this firm should not be allowed to do business.
