One star is generous. If I had a worst enemy I wouldn't reccomend them this service. Paid upfront for an afternoon clean on a specific date and time, at 8pm the night before I got a text saying the cleaner would arrive first thing in the morning. Had to reschedule then the cleaner broke my oven door during the clean. It has been over a month and they still haven't repaired it as promised. Whenever I call up I'm told to wait to hear back from them as they need to order a part. No timeframe given. Looking like I won't have an oven in time for Christmas despite booking an October clean. Ridiculous. Joke of a company.
