DO NOT BOOK! I booked a slot for when I was off work, they then changed the date twice via email meaning I had to change my working arrangements so I was home for them. They then didn't show up on the third date. When called we were told they were busy at another job, so I requested a refund. I was informed that this would be received within 1 week. 1 month later, I still haven't received my refund. A total scam.

We were told less than 48 hours in a confirmation call that if you lived above the ground floor there is an additional £25 charge. This was not mentioned at time of booking on line! When i asked why they said the cleaner has to take the pieces to the van to dip so it takes longer. The cleaner took nothing down to the van and insisted in us paying the £25. Blatant fraud and lies.

Scam company

Scam company, booked for a clean before xmas , no one turned up took £70 off me and said re arrange. No good as I wanted it do e before Xmas. Its now the end of January and 8 calls later and same excuse every time... its with the accounts dept.Still waiting. I wished looked at these reviews before as clearly they are scammers. Im now going to the financial ombudsman.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company! Had it scheduled for a clean got a call to take my final payment day before and then 15 mins after I got a call that they can't attend any more. Still awaiting my refund I really believe they won't give me it I have been waiting since 2nd December- there terms is 28 days so they have breached that. Do not use at all costs.

Avoid at all costs……

Twice they cancelled my appointment at the last minute which caused me loss of income. In real terms my oven clean cost me well over £100. Their customer service is non existent not replying to emails. Avoid at all costs!!

Disgraceful. Unprofessional.

Paid £25 deposit. They changed the time of booking and did not tell me. I was at work! Then on the new date, rang me to say they’ll be 1-5 hours late. Rang me 3 times in between this trying to sell add ons…. 28 day wait for refund which to be honest they’ve messed up already. All they are interested in is the hard sell the le el of service is zero! Sending me links to give bank details?? I rang twice, theystate to ignore these they’ll use my card! Wow. Avoid this company. They are dreadful honestly. There’s plenty out there do not use these.

Booked a clean for 12th Dec 2025 and they cancelled that morning. Asked for a full refund, it’s now 20th January 2026 and still no refund. I’ve contacted them several times to be constantly told the same rubbish. I’ve now had to raise a dispute through my bank to get my money back. Save yourself the hassle and use someone else.

Scam company that was featured on a TV…

Scam company that was featured on a TV Documentary still up to the same scams. They use an automated email system to delay then cancel most appointments. Wish I had realised who they were as they target social media. AVOID AT ALL COSTSI will post this till I get my day refunded

Refuse to refund my money!

I booked an oven clean to schedule to arrive between 11am & 1pm. Was told I would be contacted half hour before. Heard nothing up to 1.30pm so called to enquire. Was informed he was running late on the previous job and would be with me within the hour. 2.40pm arrived still no sign so rang back. Told the previous clean was a nightmare and that I would definitely hear from the cleaning guy before 3pm. At 3.45pm I got a call to say that he was just leaving his last job and it was a 35 minute car journey to mine. I said don’t bother I’ve had a wasted day at home so asked for my £40 refund. That was on 9th January. I have made 6 phone calls all fobbing me off with excuses. I went to citizens advice last Friday and they are breaking the law not refund sing me so now I’m taking matters further and will not allow them to intimidate me anymore. Shocking service, stay clear!
