My oven clean was initially booked for Thursday 27th Nov 2025.I received a vm stating this could not take place due to sickness.Arrangements were made for Saturday 29th Nov between 8am and 1pm.The cleaner arrived around 11.30am.He was very pleasant,Phil,and very quick.After about half an hour he had finished .As i was busy in another room i looked at it ,and it appeared clean on the outside However,on closer inspection when i opened the door of the oven there was lots of food and grease around the hinges,obviously not cleaned thoroughly.I am extremely dissapointed as it appears that being quick is not working,the attention to detail was non existent.After reviewing all the reviews it appears this is normal practice for this company,stupidly i did not read them before booking.. You are asked to pay the full amount prior to confirming your satisfaction,which i did question.I have asked for a refund in full or part and hope i receive a speedy response
