My experience mirrors that of others. I wish I had done my research beforehand. I ordered slippers for a Christmas gift in early December, and as of January 15th, I still have not received them. I have emailed multiple times and received only excuses. I am uncertain if this company is legitimate, as it has been over a month now. I advise against ordering from them.
