My experience with the service was disappointing. The products arrived later than expected and did not align with the provided descriptions, and contacting customer support was quite challenging. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend it.
Customer support was unhelpful. I spoke to a representative who seemed indifferent to my concerns. My order shipped on November 26th, and as of December 6th, I still have not received it. I have issues with the postal service as well, as they are often delayed and unresponsive. I am frustrated with the poor customer service from companies. Improvements are necessary, and I will not be purchasing from the website again.
I placed an order through the platform and received a tracking number, but there have been no updates since June 2. They refuse to issue a refund since they claim my order was shipped. I ordered some postage stamps, which should not have caused any delays. I have contacted the postal service. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SERVICE!
