I ordered a pair of slippers a month ago from this service, and they finally arrived today. I never received a confirmation, so I was unsure if I would even get my order. After some questionable back and forth, I received a confirmation a week before delivery. Upon opening the package, which appeared unprofessional, the 'UGGS' had a strong chemical odor and were clearly fake. I returned them immediately and now worry about getting my money back.
