I ordered a casket and paid via Paypal for $1176.99. However, it did not ask me where it should be shipped, so I called them up to learn I'd have to pay $200 for expedited shipping. OK no problem, except they had no way for me to pay just the shipping. They ended up canceling the first order so I could reorder, but the reorder would not go through as the Paypal button on their site was now taking me to a non-working page. We tried 3 credit cards and could not get it to go through, so I said nevermind. Turns out their paperwork says they refunded me $1158.29, keeping $18 for themselves. I called back, asked for rest of the refund, and got the runaround, so I had to dispute it on PayPal. However, as of today, there is no record of a refund so far on Paypal and the money has been withdrawn from my bank account! Another call to them went unanswered and no call back. Very disappointed with the quality of service with this company.
