This company should be required to change their name, go out of business, or investigated by the BBB. Simply put, they lie and defraud customers. Delivery of tags is NEVER overnight, and in many cases weeks. They continue to stay in business because order amounts are not high enough to warrant customers effort to get refunds or push a case forward. This company doesn’t care about customers, or when they get their items, or anything but order volume to make a buck, ironically getting thousands of customers to buy into the “overnight” delivery suggestion.
