A month later and still no aligners. Customer support is pretty useless, if they respond. Also they don't seem to refund the original £39 which they are meant to if you buy the aligners.They're clearly overwhelmed or unable to keep up with their orders and emails. Wish I spent a bit more money and went for something a bit more professional. EDIT: I can't believe it but they tried to flag this as defamatory
