I have been treated well for my commitment and currently trust them to continue to provide a professional and consistent service.Customer Care: is responsive and immediate replies on the online chat platform. The personable customer service I’ve received consistently by the same gentleman over the telephone has been reasonable, knowledgable and fair. The advice I’ve received is concise and honest which I appreciate. Aligners: Impression kit is easy to use and treatment plan is devised fairly quickly, along with fast delivery of Aligners. It is a little inconvenient to take daily pictures of Aligners (set a daily alarm I guess!). I have seen the results in my teeth as per the plan, however, I think it’s necessary to understand that everyone’s journey is different. E.g. I have a stubborn tooth that hasn’t seemed to move enough since treatment started. I have understood this overtime, however, I’m not sure if this truth was communicated clearly from the start as I expected my treatment to be complete within 6-9 months including any touch-up aligners. Perhaps, an initial video check-in would alleviate unreasonable expectations? Although I’m happy with the remote and online service. I think customers should be clear that everything is online/telephone based with Overnight Smile. If you prefer in-person treatment go to the dentist. Price: It’s one of the most reasonable priced services available at the moment. The team have clarified the terms of the agreement and where correctly upheld, additional Aligners are provided as part of the initial package.
