I am just over a month into the treatment plan at the moment and am really happy so far with the company. I received the impression kit quite promptly, sent it off and received my 3D plan shortly after sending it back. I had an enquiry which was answered reassuringly and received the set within a couple of weeks of paying for it. Comfortable and easy to use, easy to clean and I can already see some improvement in my teeth being less overlapped at the front. I did have to remind them to refund my £39 as promised but this was followed up immediately following my phone call. Very happy so far and looking forward to seeing the end result :)
