This review highlights ongoing issues with this service: rude and unprofessional behavior. The courier arrived to pick up a package without any notice, which seems to be their norm. During a call, he confirmed he had a return label, but when my colleague handed over the package, he claimed he didn't have it and promised it would be sent later. That never happened. No label was received, and further attempts to reach the courier were ignored. Based on these repeated experiences, this is one of the most frustrating courier services I've encountered.
