Absolute bs! I ordered from aliexpress mutiple times and every time it was delivered to my address, to my front door. But today the delivery person skipped me (eventhough I marked on their website that I am home) because apparently now all temu, aliexpress, etc. deliveries go straight to pick up boxes instead of address deliveries. The problem? You can't pick the pick up spot that's closest to you because the courier "already passed your address" so now the package gets delivered to the pick up box in ANOTHER CITY, and you have to figure out how to get to it (with no option for rerouting). And apparently the website (aliexpress) was supposed to norify me, and overseas claims to have the "new rules" posted on their website but guess what??? There's NOTHING about it on their website!!!! No notice, no news about it, absolutely nothing! I hope their business goes to hell!!
They have like " trusted" companies and contracts with criminal and dodgy firms.
Second...you are alowed to PAY BILL OVER LINK WITHIN MAIL, BUT THEY EMPTY THE MASHINE THE THIRD DAY IN THE MORNING.
Then you get husled between their "service" and criminal troll company.
NEVER AGAIN.
The worst courier service. It took them 13 days to deliver the package to my mailbox upon receiving it at the warehouse in my city. Customer service is also extremly bad, automated email responses and call agents completely uninterested and not ready to help.

The courier showed up to pick up a package without any prior notification, which seems to be their usual approach. During a phone conversation, he confirmed he had a return label. However, when my colleague handed over the package at our office, the courier claimed he did not have the label after all and promised it would be sent later. That never occurred. No label was provided, and further attempts to reach out to the courier went unanswered. Given my repeated experiences, this ranks among the worst courier services I've encountered.

Terrible service. They continuously mark the status as a delivery attempt, claiming the recipient wasn't home, which is simply untrue. I've been trying to communicate with them for over 10 days to schedule another delivery, and now they are returning the package to the sender. I placed an order on November 21st, and today is December 12th. I've attached the email from their support team.
The package was sent to a pickup point despite my confirmation that I was home waiting for it. The pickup point is 6 km away, and I don't have a car. I received an SMS and email saying the package was ready, but when I arrived, it wasn't there. It arrived two hours later, forcing me to take another taxi ride the next day. Those rides cost me 30€, nearly the package's value. Their customer service is, to say the least, unhelpful and rude. Definitely the worst delivery service in the area.
